Hi, Greetings👋! I am an assistant professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Hunan University of Science and Technology (HNUST) from September 2021. I have recieved my PhD in Computer Science (CS) from Central South University (CSU) in 2021, a Bachelor’s degree in CS from CSU in 2010 and a Master’s degree in CS from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in 2012. My research interests include machine intelligence, bioinformatics. In recent two years, I am paying attention to single cell related data mining, such as clustering, pseudo-time analysis, cell to cell communication.
